When I receive a message from you, it is a great day for me, Lindsey " Linny" Woodward, and genuine otherworldly " Therapeutic Thumb!" 

As a happy mother to my baby girl, Rene, I realize true fulfillment in being of service to the Healthy Holistic Healing of the heart of humanity. It begins with a healthy connection to the self and choosing to take care of the self by honoring the deep need of self healing and rejuvenation as an action of  service so that we connect and share our self cultivated gifts with a " full cup" that thrives alive, radiant, effortless, mindful, fulfilling and " selfless."

Diagnosed with a rare cancer at the age of 12, my journey to overcome what few

doctors even knew how to treat, led me into a deep inner sense of  knowing that I will prevail in health and healing and share in that revelation holistically with others reclaiming their own inner reconnection in their own coming of " full circle."
